Dragich's Work to be Presented at
National Nursing Conference

Bernadette M. Dragich An abstract written by Bluefield State College Associate Professor of Nursing Bernadette M. Dragich has been accepted for poster presentation at the 2001 American Academy of Nurse Practitioners' National Conference in Orlando, FL, June 28-July 1, 2001.

Dragich's abstract, "Sensory Deficits in older Adults and the Role of the Nurse Practitioner" will be included in the conference at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center. More than 2000 participants are expected to attend.

Earlier, Dragich's "The Caring Narratives of Critical Nurses," was presented at the sixth National Nursing Research Conference at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV last November.

Additionally, Dragich participated in the poster presentation session of "Transforming the Landscape," The National League for Nursing Education Summit last September in Nashville, TN. Her abstract was entitled, "Preceptors: Bridging the Gap from Theory to Practice."
