The one-day workshop, at the National Institute in Bethesda, MD, focused upon "Promoting Health and Wellness Through Online Information." This initiative is included in the United Negro College Fund Special Programs Corporation, in partnership with the National Library of Medicine (NLM). Workshop participants are eligible to compete for grants to underwrite the costs of crafting and implementing projects that increase awareness and utilization of NLM resources at the campus and community levels.
