"The National Youth Sports Program summer camp for area youth, ages 10-16, begins its fifth season at Bluefield State College on June 16 with registration at 8 a.m. at the Ned Shott Gym on BSC's Bluefield campus. The program is offered free of charge, providing youthful participants with instruction in swimming, team sports, math & science, and drug/alcohol education.
Physical exams for program participants will be offered on June 4 (3-6 p.m.) in the Student Center, and on June 11 (10 a.m.-noon & 1 p.m.-3 p.m.) in the Student Health Center/P.E. Building.
