| Bluefield State College President Dr. Albert Walker is pictured extending a message of welcome to one of several groups of high school sophomores who have visited BSC this month as part of the College's participation in the College Tech Prep program. Students from Bluefield, PikeView, Princeton, and Independence High Schools visited BSC earlier this month during the program. Students received specialized help in sampling a "career cluster," developing academic and finacial aid game plans for attending college, and talking to BSC faculty in specific academic disciplines identified with each career cluster. Sophomores from Montcalm and Summers County High Schools will visit BSC later this month as part of the Tech Prep program.
