A one day class to "get the spreadsheet skills you need" is being offered by the Greenbrier Valley Campus of New River Community and Technical College Dec. 9 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the College's annex at the Jefferson Office Place, just off South Court Street in Lewisburg.

The Excel I course covers "everything you would need in spreadsheet skills," says Terri Baker of the Center for Business and Workforce Development of NRCTC who is coordinating the course with the Greenbrier Valley Economic Development Corporation.

A $75 per person tuition and registration fee is payable at registration and information on registering can be obtained from the GVEDC at 304-645-7155 or 1-888-700-9242.

The GVC/ NRCTC serves the Greenbrier, Monroe, Pocahontas, Summers, eastern Fayette and southern Nicholas County area as well as the Alleghany Highlands of Virginia.
