Executive Manager from Tehnokoop Furniture Company Visits

(BLUEFIELD)--Mr. Toni Bozinovski, executive manager of the Tehnokoop Furniture Company in Macedonia, spoke to Bluefield State College students during his visit to the region. His visit was arranged by Dr. Sudhakar Jamkhandi, Director of the Center for International Understanding at BSC for USAID-World learning.

Speaking to students in Dr. Steve Bourne's International Management class, Bozinovski detailed the challenges and opportunities his firm encounters, and he interrelated the impact of political and social changes upon his business. Tehnokoop is a privately owned company specializing in the production of home and office furniture, with a specific emphasis on customized furniture. Following his presentation, Bozinovski fielded questions from the students.

During his visit to the region, he will visit area furniture and related businesses to study management information systems, how client and market information are integrated with financial data and production to predict costs and profitability, and ways by which a customer- focused approach to marketing can be developed.
