WV Association of College Stores Selects
BSC Bookstore Manager as "President-Elect"
(BLUEFIELD)--Bluefield State College bookstore manager Jane Richardson has been selected to serve as "president-elect" of the West Virginia Association of College Stores. The selection took place during the Association's recent annual meeting in Flatwoods, WV. Richardson, who manages BSC's Bluefield bookstore as well as New River Community & Technical College/BSC bookstores in Lewisburg and Summersville, will be the Association's president during the 2004-05 academic year.
The WV Association of College Stores includes representatives from all West Virginia public and private colleges. At this year's annual meeting, a series of educational sessions and vendor displays provided participants with previews of merchandise and emerging trends in bookstore management and design.
Earlier this year, Richardson and Mike Fore were named "BSC Foundation Classified Employees of the Year."
