Eligible institutions of higher education include Bluefield State College, Fairmont State College, West Virginia University Institute of Technology, Marshall University, and West Virginia. The CAWV is the states largest full-serve construction association, representing approximately 500 member firms in the building, highway, and utility construction industry throughout West Virginia.
