(Bluefield)— Bluefield State College's Radiologic Technology Program 2004 graduating class was honored during a recent awards luncheon at the College. The "Outstanding Academic Award" for the highest grade point average and the “Outstanding Clinical Award” for the highest clinical grade average were presented to Misty Hudson (Princeton, WV).
The Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Certificate of Excellence was awarded to two graduates, deemed by program faculty to have maintained the best performance in the clinical area, adhered to ethical principles, and best displayed the qualities of a professional radiologic technologist. George Stover Jr. (Glen Daniel, WV) and Amber Tiller (Elkhorn, WV) received these awards. BSC RadTech Program Director Melissa Haye extended congratulations to the graduates.
