Multifest Celebration at BSC Spotlights Internatiional Students' Cultures

(Bluefield)—Bluefield State College international students from seven countries celebrated their cultures during “Multifest,” an event that was the culmination of activities held at BSC throughout the fall semester. “The purpose of the event was to showcase our international students’ cultures and how each culture is an integral part of the United States’ legacy,” noted Dr. Raphael Heaggans, the College’s Director of Multicultural Affairs.

Students from Jamaica, Haiti, India, Nigeria, Liberia, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia took part in the November 18 program at BSC.
