Carpenter Honored at NRCTC Board of Governors Meeting

Kay Carpenter (left) of Webster Springs, a member of the recently appointed Board of Governors for New River Community and Technical College, was honored at the April meeting of the NRCTC BOG for her outstanding service as a member of the former Board of Advisors for NRCTC. Other members of the former Board of Advisors were honored at the March BOG meeting which Carpenter, the superintendent of Webster County Schools, was unable to attend.
