255 Students From 96 Communities Make NRCTC Dean's List

Two hundred fifty five students from 96 communities in southern West Virgini a and southwestern Virginia have qualified for the Spring, 2005, Semester Dean’s List at New River Community and Technical College which has campuses in Beckley at Harper Industrial Park, Bluefield at Bluefield State College, Greenbrier Valley at Lewisburg, and Nicholas County at Summersville.

In making the announcement Dr. Feleca B. Wooten Blanks, interim president of NRCTC, notes students making the Dean’s List have obtained a 3.25 or higher grade point average, enrolled in 12 or more college hours (excluding developmental courses) on one of the four campuses located within easy driving distance of the students’ hometowns and have no failing grades.
