Dr. Perkins Receives Plaque for Appreciation by SGA
Dr. David Perkins of Lewisburg receives a plaque expressing the appreciation of the Student Government Association of the Greenbrier Valley Campus of New River Community and Technical College. Dr. Perkins retired in December as the first president of NRCTC. Making the presentation was Jennifer Blevins of Alderson, outgoing secretary of the SGA.
