Taking Steps to Fight Alzheimer’s

 

Where:   Inside Mercer Mall (.75mile walking course)

When : Saturday, September 9, 2006

Registration: /Team Pictures 10:00am

Walk Begins: 11:00am

Why : Alzheimer’s currently affects more than 4.5 million Americans and 42,000 West Virginians. We need to focus America’s attention on this cruel disease. In addition, the Walk raises funds to provide services to WV families and to support research.

How : Be a part of the Tau Delta Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau. Come and walk. Between now and the day of the Walk, ask your neighbors, friends, and co-workers and families to sponsor you by making donations to the Alzheimer’s Association (checks payable to “Alzheimer’s Association, WV Chapter”). You can win prizes the day of the Walk!
