Dr. Albert Walker and Norris Kantor

The Bluefield, WV Rotary Club recently made a $1000 donation to Bluefield State College, a gift that will be utilized for scholarships that will be awarded to deserving BSC students.  Norris Kantor (right), chair/Bluefield State College Board of Governors, presented the Bluefield, WV Rotary Club donation to Dr. Albert Walker (left), BSC President, during a brief ceremony at the College.
