Travelogue Series Presents
Fifth Program of 1997-98 Season

The fifth travelogue presentation of the 1997-98 "Travel and Adventure Film Series," "The Legacy of the Maya," will be presented May 11, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Basic Science Auditorium at Bluefield State College.

Explorer/cinematographer Sandy Mortimer explores two vastly different countries in Central America--Belize and Guatemala. His journey into a world long forgotten, brings to life one of the most fascinating cultures in the western hemispheres. Through both sight and sound, you'll gain understanding of one of the world's great lost civilizations.

The Travel and Adventure Series, hosted by the BSC Center for Economic Enhancement, is a co-sponsored community service project through the Center in cooperation with the First Century Bank of Bluefield, AAA-The Bluefield Automobile Club, the Bluefield Regional Medical Center, and the Bluefield Regional Welliness Center.
