| First Century Bank President and CEO R. W. Wilkinson (right) recently presented a $10,000 1999 Neighborhood Investment Program donation to Bluefield State College President Dr. Robert Moore for scholarship support at BSC. The BSC Foundation, Inc. is a participant in the NIP program, administered through the WV Development Office, under which qualified 501 (c) not-for-profit organizations may use tax credits as an incentive for potential contributors to fund new and ongoing projects. Scholarships created through this program will be awarded to low income, disadvantaged individuals to attend BSC. |
