The llth annual Spring Job Fair at Bluefield State College, March 30-31, will provide area college students and recent graduates the opportunity to meet several potential future employers at one location. The fair, which takes place in the Ned Shott Gymnasium on the Bluefield State College campus, is a collaborative project involving BSC, Concord, Bluefield College, Southwest Virginia Community College, and Wytheville Community College.
"In addition to bringing employment opportunities for students approaching graduation and to recent graduates," noted BSC Director of Career Services Tom Harrison, "this event also provides a laboratory-type learning experience for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors who get meet and talk to prospective employers."
The Spring Job Fair will be held March 30, 6 p.m.-8 p.m., and March 31, 9 a.m.-noon, at the Ned Shott Gym. Businesses and organizations wishing to participate may contact Harrison at (304) 327-4011.
