What causes unable to establish a connection, there is no dial tone?
Double Click on My Computer. Double Click on Dial Up Networking. Right
Click on the WVNET Icon, go to properties and left click. Take out the checkmark in Use area code and dialing properties then Click on OK and restart your computer and Try to reconnect.
