CART, or the Center for Applied Research and Technology, is a nonprofit organization established to forward a unique approach to applied research solutions.  It has focused on delivering quality research in defense and environmental area.  For students, CART has developed an online interface for delivering instruction to Bluefield State College students. If you sign up for a class that is offered through CART, you will receive a letter in the mail detailing the steps for accessing your course.  Please click below to go to the CART homepage.
