Projects Live Small Call Center and Call Center Training Lab The Upper Classman II is donating a PC-based, IP telephonic system for the building that will support call center activities. The plan is to use the system to hold seminars on call center operations, capabilities of newer PC based phone systems and integration labs as needed. Additionally, the system will be set up to support telephone solicitation efforts of the college and will be available for businesses needing short-term call center activities.
