Projects Rahall I77 Technology Corridor and Connected Technologies Corridors Programs: BSC R&D Corporation is working directly with both programs. The Bluefield Technology Transfer and Community Development Building has been designated as the Southern Anchor for the I-77 High Technology Corridor and the Connected Technology Corridors programs. Work is on-going to explore funding to establish a video-conferencing facility that local businesses can use to increase their effectiveness and competitive abilities in the global marketplace.
