At the W. Paul Cole, Jr. College of Business, we offer career-focused programs designed to prepare you for success in today’s dynamic global economy. Guided by experienced faculty and supported by modern technology, our curriculum blends real-world application with foundational business knowledge.

We offer B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Health Services Management, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program.  Business administration majors include: Accounting, Management, Marketing, Sports Management, and Entrepreneurship. Students will customize their business administration degree by pairing their major with a variety of specialized business minors. Bluefield State University is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC). The Accounting, Management, and Marketing majors also carry specialized Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP). Specialized accreditation for Entrepreneurship, Sports Management, and the MBA program will be sought as these programs fulfill standard ACBSP eligibility criteria.

The specialized B.S. in Health Services Management program is a member of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA), The Voice of Academic Healthcare Management.

Additionally, the College of Business administrative unit houses the Regents Bachelor of Arts (RBA) program. As a degree completion program its interdisciplinary curriculum falls outside the specialized scope and purview of business degree programs, it is excluded from ACBSP programmatic accreditation.
