Dr. Ellington Graves, Director of Africana Studies at Virginia Tech, will present evidence and perspectives of the social, political, and cultural impact Barack Obama had on the United States and the world. Dr. Graves will explore how the first Black president enhanced, disrupted, and challenged American history.
