This past weekend the Big Blues Men’s Golf Team traveled to State College, PA and participated in the USCAA Golf National Championship for the first time in school history. The moment was not too big for the Team as they lead from the very beginning and secured the College’s first ever National Championship.

The USCAA National Championship was hosted at Penn State University at the schools Blue Course, where it has been hosted for the past several years. Bluefield State led the 18 team field after Day 1 with an impressive 301 score, 16 strokes ahead of 2nd place. Day 2 saw an impressive push from the 2nd and 3rd place schools (SUNY Canton & Cleary University). Our 6 seniors deserved this Championship and we are ecstatic that we could provide them with this opportunity.”
