Your academic transcript is your official cumulative academic record that contains the terms you were enrolled as a student and what classes you took. Grades earned, degrees awarded, academic actions and honors are also included.
There are two types of transcripts: official and unofficial. An official academic transcript is printed on the college’s transcript paper and contains the school stamp and signature of the registrar. Official transcripts are normally required by educational institutions, employers, government agencies, etc, and cannot be faxed. Unofficial transcripts contain the same information but are not printed on transcript paper, do not contain the school stamp or the registrar’s signature, and may be faxed.
In order to receive a transcript, you must make a request in writing. Complete the transcript request form from the forms section and mail or fax it to the Registrar’s Office. Please note: we are unable to express mail or overnight transcripts, so please plan ahead.
